Our house buying process consists of a few steps and here’s how we’ll buy your house:
- Tell us about your property – how many beds/baths, why you’re selling, what improvements or maintenance you’ve made
- You’ll want to know what properties in your area sell for and we’ll research recent houses sold near your home to determine the value of your house (as is and after repairs are made). Remember though, you don’t make any repairs – that’s our job!
- We’ll visit the property
- Make an offer … most offers are all cash
- We have several closing attorneys on our team who are experts in closing fast
You can expect professional service, timely replies and a fast offer to buy your home.
Our services include a title search (at no cost to you), and we close will local attorneys. If you are not the property owner, please be sure to invite all owners to our conversation.
Note that most of our offers are for all cash. We work with a network of investors seeking discounted properties. Also we work with a licensed real estate agent who can list your property on the GA MLS if you prefer that option.
